The “Giritli Restaurant” hosts its guests in an old restored Sultanahmet house, serving healthy fresh fish and delicious appetizers. Best of all, Chef Ayşe Şensılay, daughter of a Cretan family who founded the restaurant, personally cooks and supervises in the kitchen. She also has very good relationships with her guests as she knows many of them personally. If you once taste Ayse’s kitchen, you may like repeating that!
