Rooms

Armada has 108 rooms decorated in the common style of Ottoman-Turkish civil architecture offering a subtle blend of the past and future complete with all of the conveniences of modern technology. “Edirnekari” hand -made engravings with colorful flower motifs on wooden furniture has been used in the rooms. Some rooms have been differentiated with “Superior” and “De-Luxe” features. “Superior” rooms include those with a view of the Sea of Marmara, Hagia Sophia or the Sultanahmet Mosque.

All of the rooms are equipped with a mini-bar, LCD – TV with 70 channels, air-conditioning, and a private safe as well as a kettle for tea and coffee. The organic chamber robe ("robe de chambre") which is offered to Armada guests to wear while relaxing in their rooms has received very positive reviews.

The refurbished ventilation system not only provides fresh air to every room, it also features the implementation of a “personalized air-conditioning” system that allows each guest to adjust the temperature in their room to their liking.

There are 2 special rooms for the handicapped and 30 rooms reserved for non-smokers.

Bathrooms

Every room at Armada has a private bath. The bathrooms in the “Standard” rooms all have bathtubs while the “Superior” and “De-Luxe” rooms have showers in bathrooms covered with Turkish marble.

All of the bathrooms feature natural amenities such as soaps made from laurel and virgin olive oil, custom-made Bursa towels, robes, and slippers as well as hair-dryers and Turkish bath bowls.

Armada has adopted the principles of the “Responsible tourism and innovative hotel” movement and utilizes technology that reduces the consumption of water in bathrooms with cooperation from its guests to conserve water and energy. For example, when the toilet is flushed by pushing the button once, it expends 6 liters of water while pressing it twice in a row stops the flow of water so that a maximum of 3 liters of water is consumed.
Armada has obtained the “Greening Hotels” certificate from TUROB as a result of inspections conducted by Bureau Veritas.

Breakfast

Armada offers a Turkish Style breakfast buffet including a variety of pastries (poğaça, açma, börek) and bread made with natural flour and custom baked, as well as natural jellies from the Armada kitchen, fresh eggs and dairy products from villages in addition with cereals. Throughout the summer, breakfast can also be enjoyed outdoors on the Terrace with its spectacular view.
