In General
- Our employees have received special training on Covid-19 and hygiene.
- Our employees work with suitable protective materials (masks, gloves, etc.). Necessary trainings have been given them in order to use these materials correctly.
- The trainings are repeated periodically and necessary new information is provided.
- Our employees regularly wash their hands and take personal hygiene measures.
- The fever of our employees is measured twice a day and the measurement results are recorded.
- Our employees work in accordance with the social distance rule.
Shared Spaces
- The "social distances" to be followed in shared places in our Hotel, such as the front of the Reception desk, the baggage drop-off place, the inside of the elevator, if it is set, the front and sides of the open buffet in the Terrace, are set out with “yellow tapes”.
- Although our Open Terrace has a sitting capacity of 200 people, the tables were also separated by trees, so that the Terrace has been rearranged that 50 people can safely sit in total.
- The Terrace Bar will service the "Bar Lokma" menu for snacks, consisting of one time bite food varieties.
- Hand sanitizers were placed all over the hotel and at guest contact points. The sanitizing liquid is refreshed periodically.
- Special trash cans were placed for “special” wastes such as used masks and gloves.
- The door handles, balustrades, sinks, soap dispensers, faucets and closets that are touched most frequently in all public areas as well as the toilets are cleaned with water and detergent, and after this cleaning, they are disinfected.
- Decorative vases, flowers, etc. objects were completely removed from use under hygienic measures.
Rooms
- Our purpose is to ensure that you stay in a comfortable and hygienic environment when you are in your room. We kindly request you to comply with the measures we take for this purpose!
- Our housekeeping staff in charge of cleaning your room wash their hands before entering any room and use new pair of gloves and masks.
- Antibacterial cleaning cloths are used for cleaning the rooms.
- The textile products, bedding material, towels, bath and room clothes are disinfected by washing machine at 90 degrees and kept in closed cabinet with doors.
- Trash cans and other cleaning equipment are thoroughly disinfected after each guest leaves the room.
- Filters of air conditioners in the rooms are washed with disinfectants after each guest exit.
- In the rooms, bath and personal care (boucle) products such as shampoo, soap are disposable, and the remaining boucle products and toilet paper are discarded. The coffee cups in our rooms are washed in a dishwasher and at a high temperature.
Food & Beverage Department
- Our service staff works with masks and gloves.
- Our tables are placed in accordance with the 1.5 meter social distance rule.
- Tables and chairs are disinfected after each use.
- The underlays used (also known as “american service”) are protected from contamination and are only laid under the plates when our guests sit at the table.
- Materials such as salt and pepper shakers, sugar and napkins disinfected and renewed for every guest then are placed on the tables.
- All of the service materials are stored in closed cabinets and shelves.
- Breakfast plates are specially prepared for our guests and be served by our staff.
Kitchen
- Our kitchen staff works with uniforms, masks, bonnet, gloves and slippers that are used only in the kitchen, in accordance with the hygiene rules, and the physical distance is also paid attention to in the kitchen.
- The countertops, equipment and machines are carefully cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.
- In addition to routine cleaning plans, detailed area cleaning and disinfection are carried out in the production areas as end-of-day application.
- Nobody other than the kitchen team can enter the food production areas.
- Depending on the contents, regular cleaning and disinfection are carried out in cold storage and dry warehouses in the kitchen.
